Generally, a minimum in processing fees of $50 will be deducted if it is considered appropriate to offer a refund.
Suitability Of Use:
Under Penimaster Pro, we state:
“Each PeniMaster Pro package comes with adapters to suit soft girth penis sizes from 2.5 inches or less up to approx. 5.5 inches. Girth is the thickness of the penis (not the side to side width). Consider for example measuring from 12 o’clock to 12 o’clock. It is the measurement around the entire outside (or circumference) of the soft penis. The average soft girth size is generally 3.5 to 4.5 inches.

Satisfaction or Change of Mind Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, PenimasterPro.com.au does not offer returns or refunds based on satisfaction or change of mind. Under Australian law, buyers are generally not entitled to “change of mind” or “satisfaction” refunds.
Product Health Registration:
The manufacturer MSP Concept GmbH & Co. KG grants a warranty of 5 years on the products of the PeniMaster brand. The period for calculating the guarantee period begins on the invoice date. The geographical scope of guarantee protection is worldwide. In the event Penimasterpro.com.au offers further extended warranty, it will take sole responsibility to offer any parts required in the supplied extension period.
The guarantee relates to the freedom from defects of the advertised product, including functionality, material or production defects.
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, the manufacturer grants one of the following services under this warranty:
Free repair of the goods or;
Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent article

A prerequisite for claiming the warranty service is that the guarantor is allowed to check the warranty case (e.g. by sending in the goods back or providing a photo if requested). It must be ensured that damage to the goods during transport is avoided by secure packaging. A copy of the purchase invoice/receipt of the consignment must be enclosed for the application for warranty service so that the guarantor can check whether the warranty period has been met. The guarantor can refuse the guarantee without a copy of the invoice. If the guarantee is justified, you will be required to pay for shipping of the defective product back to point of sale only. Shipping costs of getting the replacement product back to you is covered by us or the manufacturer.
If the purchased item is defective, you can in any case contact us within the scope of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether a warranty case exists or the warranty is claimed.
Under Australian law, consumers are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of “acceptable quality” and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
